About Melanie Prestwich

A Colorado resident for over 20 years, I became a real estate expert and agent in 2018 and earned production and achievement awards three out of my first five years in the business. Focused on the client experience, I intentionally keep my active client base small in order to provide high-quality, individualized service to you. I like being available and responsive to my clients and to the agents on the other side of transactions because those things matter - a lot. Because I work with buyers and sellers, agents and clients from Denver to Fort Collins and from Boulder to Greeley and beyond, I stay on top of market activity all around the Front Range. My husband Paul and I have been married 35 years, live in beautiful Longmont, and raised 5 amazing children who've became our best friends. We've coached youth sports; and in faith-based programs have enjoyed teaching and serving children, teens, and adults.
